Yeah, I was a little misty-eyed when KenJen’s reign came to an end yesterday. To trivia buffs like me, he is nothing short of a deity. Thanks for the inspiration, Ken!

My verdict on the Tony Roma restaurant (from last night): excellent! Decor, service, and most important, the food. We’ll be back.

Everyone has a favorite breakfast cereal (mine is Fruity Pebbles!). And everyone enjoys dining out. Now you can combine the two at a Cereal Restaurant – how cool is that?! (via MeFi)

Which reminds me: I heard on NPR yesterday that the word “cereal” is derived from the name of the ancient goddess “Ceres.” Huh. I had no idea.

Of course, there were a few items that were overlooked this week that we needed in order to make our feast complete…so I headed out this morning to Smith’s to pick up some more Cream of Chicken soup, some “chicken stock” (which I’m still skeptical about), more Coffee-Mate, and some soft drinks. As I was perusing the beverage aisle, I wandered into the “energy drink” section and caught these two cans positioned just perfectly enough to catch my eye.
