(remembering)

Next month will mark two years since we arrived in Montana...being the nostalgic type, I went back to my BLTB archives to see some of what I posted during the trip, and upon arrival.

We began on July 19th, stopped in Austin. By July 22th, we made it to Colorado Springs after spending some time in Enid, Oklahoma. Waking up in Wheatland, Wyoming was a joy. And actually crossing into Big Sky Country was practically a religious experience for me. I literally felt somehow "reborn" as we crossed the state line. And then, The Arrival, followed by searching for and (whew!) quickly finding a place to call "home".

Every day is just better here in Montana. Thanks to everyone that I've encountered since arriving in this "Last, Best Place."
