So now some guy is suing the creators/producers/etc of the Fox crap-fest "American Idol." He claims that he came up with the idea back in 1994. Uh-huh. Maybe this guy doesn't know it, but he's been beaten to the punch by others: Star Search. Ted Mack's Amateur Hour. Heck, even The Gong Show. I'm sure there are plenty of other examples.
