First there was the death of
two of the stars of the sci-fi classic “UFO” occuring within days of each other.
Then there was the death of the voices
Tigger and Piglet, also occuring within days of each other.
And now comes news (
via MeFi) that two actors from “
The Rocky Horror Picture Show” have passed away, also within days of each other.
Jonathan Adams, best known to
freaks & geeks(like me) of the late 70s and 80s as Dr. Everett Von Scott, died at the age of 74 on June 13; and
Imogen Claire, one of the party-going Transylvanians in the “Time Warp” scene, died a few days later. So we have three pairs of celebrity deaths, each forever linked via their working association in their best-known roles. Is this weird, or just odd?
