Comments On: Hit-n-Miss

All it takes is to watch somebody you care for, have their lives utterly destroyed by drugs, then you *should* understand what the problem is with drugs (my sister).

BTW: I stopped as a NRA member due to their no compromise on any issue dealing with gun control. E Gads, another similarity?

BTW (2): You fixed the comment boxes...how?, and, thanks.

Geo - Some of the things the NRA compromised on: the Assault Weapons ban of 1994, magazine limits for civilians, and waiting periods for gun purchases. Far from it, the NRA continually compromises your rights away or supports candidates who are willing to. I stopped supporting the NRA because they compromise. For me, when it comes to the Bill of Rights there is no compromise. The right to ingest mind-altering drugs is not in the BOR but keeping and bearing arms is; so no, there is absolutely NO similarity.

{{The right to ingest mind-altering drugs is not in the BOR}} and does not have to be. The Constitution is an explanation of what powers the US gummint has, not what rights the people have. BOR was added on later as an extra-extra-double-dog-dare guarantee that certain rights won't get ignored. Which guarantee has not prevailed, sadly.
