Like you said, it seems Bush is damned either way; I strongly suspect that if he were coached to use pretentious language (which is rapidly becoming a no-no these days), people would complain that he sounded...well, pretentious. My objection was to the line of questioning which demanded that he take full responsibility for 9/11 - and only the terrorists should be doing that. The questions confirm once again that the press is biased against conservatives. The leading questions were awful. The worst part was the medea created idea that support for the President's policies is waning. If that is the case, it is due to media influence, not because of any failing's of President Bush's policies. Iraq is going as well as could have been expected; it could still be much, much worse. And the economy? Please. It's good and getting better.
