I'm on my second Mazda 626, and I'd buy a third when this one goes if they were going to make any more, which they aren't. Posted by CGHill at May 19, 2002 09:34 AM
I bought a 2002 S-10 pickup 4wd in February and like it a lot. It isn't a mudbog/rock crawler but it has been places I wouldn't take any 2wd machine and done well. It is a truck and the suspension is stiff but not bone jarring. Mine is 6 cyl, the 4 cyl would be underpowered.
My friend has a 2000 S-10, only problem was a leaking gasket fixed under warranty. If you want people in Great Falls to respect you, you'll have to drive a truck. ;) Posted by DP at May 19, 2002 12:28 PM Dave, I have a Nissan Sentra (and It's been absolutely bullet-proof). I drive a mazda miata and I'd buy a second one if this ever dies, which it won't. think about it - you never see one broken down on the freeway. Hey, Dave. I drive a 2000 BMW 323ci. Fun, fun, fun. Posted by Mark at May 21, 2002 01:01 PMI drive a Taurus too. And I'm not too fond mine either. I plan to buy a Jeep Liberty as my next auto purchase. "Give me liberty of give me death." Posted by Tim Peck at May 21, 2002 03:04 PMIf you're wondering why no new posts in a few days: I'm in Colorado springs this week, and my pocket PC doesn't play nicely with Greymatter. On the plus side, I'm having lunch with VodkaPundit tomorrow. See you all on Friday! Posted by davidmsc at May 22, 2002 02:07 AMI'm holding out for a GMC Yukon or Chevy Tahoe (99 or newer model). Kind of big but perfect for what we do as a family. If you are looking at an Escape, make sure you test drive a Hyundai Santa Fe ... better ride (and better warranty) Posted by jdw at May 24, 2002 09:31 PMShalomkkll Posted by Lolita at October 11, 2003 07:13 AMNice site you have!
